Prepaid Legal Services, Inc. offers access to attorneys for a small monthly fee. Many of the legal services you need most are prepaid through your membership.

Family Plan Highlights  

             I.       Preventive Legal Services:

·        Unlimited phone consultations with the attorneys

·        Letters and phone calls made on their behalf

·        Contracts and documents reviewed

·        Will preparation and annual updates

II.                 Motor Vehicle Legal Services

·        Representation in traffic court for moving violations

·        Legal defense for certain motor vehicle related criminal charges

·        2.5 hours annually of assistance with driver’s license and personal injury and property damage

III.               Trial Defense

·        60 hours of legal defense for civil lawsuits in the first year

·        Coverage increases 60 per year for the first five years, providing 300 total hours from the fifth year forward

IV.              IRS Audit Legal Services

·        50 hours annually to assist with audits

V.        Other Legal Services

·        25% discount on all other legal services

VI.       Legal Shield

·        24/7 access to their attorneys in the event of detention or arrest
