The Goal of ACA is to provide small businesses (and individuals) with the means to reduce risks associated with daily business and personal activities. With a collective history of 50 years in their respective fields Kathy and Paul offer a great wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing businesses, and managing your risks. At ACA you will receive personal and prompt attention to your needs. Whether personnel policy issues, team building, prepaid legal services, identity theft protection and restoration or CPR training, ACA will always strive to fulfill our motto of effectively managing your risks.

Kathy Asted has a B.A. in business administration from Gustavus Aldolphus College. She has over 20 years of management experience in Dentistry. Prior experience includes work in the insurance industry as well as general business. The personal experience of being Practice Administrator of a family-owned dental practice has given Kathy insight into the dynamics of a professional office. Kathy is a certified HR consultant with Bent Ericksen & Associates (BE & A), as well as a certified Integrated Performance Management (IPM) Consultant with BE & A. Kathy is also a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC).

Paul Asted has a B.A.in Biology, a B.A. in Sociology, an M.Ed. from Penn State University and has been a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 30 years. For 9 years he was a full time nationally certified Paramedic and also owned and operated his own training company for 12 years. He is an Independent Associate and Director with Pre-paid Legal Services and is a “Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist”. He is certified to provide Pre-paid Legal's “Affirmative Defense Response System” to companies throughout the United States.
